The problem with this ride is that it teases you constantly with great single track then it spanks you mecilessly with rutted, rooty sections. Avoid when wet.

Interesting scenery. Sort of...okay we're a bit jaded.

The highlight of the trip is the view along the volcano ridge section of the trail. Interesting scenery and unique geology for Kananaskis.
