Hastings Ridge cont.

Crowsnest Pass Test Piece

The top ridge ride is truly spectacular with incredible views of Crowsnest Mountain in the background. All around you you can see remnants of old roads and trails which make you drool at the possibilities that this area offers. Okay enough blue sky riding it's time to snug up your brain bucket and get ready for the downhill!

This baby drops through a variety of terrain and drains into the old town of Lille where you can pick up some single track that takes you back to town and your starting point. The shear size of the vertical is great fun. The way down is littered with single track sections that veer off in different directions. This is one trail where a little local knowledge would probably go a long way. As would a shuttle to the top in the back of a local's pickup! Squeal like a...never mind.

Who wants a bike shop job?

Are bicycles your passion? Do you watch pennies except when buying bike stuff? Maybe you're looking to "supplement" your income or your access to bike parts. I am looking for somebody(s) who would be fun to work with, loves bikes, knows bikes and wants to work at a bicycle shop. I'm looking for 3 key factors - honesty, personality, knowledge. I am very flexible for the right person. Oh yeah - you should probably live in or near Cochrane. Email me.
