I own this shop. I run this shop. I am the person who works on your stuff. Except for riding, I don't have a life outside the shop but at least I can guarantee quality service, quality bike assembly and quality bikes. I avoid problems. That is my nature. By selling better quality stuff, I avoid problems - like unhappy customers.

My Mission Statement (to sound all corporate and stuff) is: Try to make a living out of helping people enjoy this little toy we call a bicycle.

This business was built on service. Making bikes perform and helping customers have great rides is the sole reason we have thrived.

There's something to be said for dealing face to face with your mechanic. There are no mixed messages and you can feel confident that your bike is being serviced by mature, professional, skilled personel.

Yes, Bike Bros. is factory certified to mess around with RockShox, Avid and Sram stuff. This factory certification includes theoretical and practical education that can be applied to suspension products from many different manufacturers.
