Customer Service & Sales:
Your goal in this position is to help customers selecting the right bike or product for their needs. You will need to know our product and learn which products we stock and why we choose to sell those products. We work really hard to test, try, use products to select stock items we can happily recommend. As a sales professional, you will need to know about the products and how to recommend them.
People are stressed when their bike doesn't work. For many this is an unfamiliar environment and they're worried about getting ripped off. As part of the Bike Bros. team you will know product well enough, know how to diagnose issues, know the options for repair and replacement so the customer can be given confidence their bike will be fixed, know the cost, when to expect it. This is a 50/50 mix of bike knowledge and the ability and willingness to talk with customers.
