Returns

No returns without authorization from the shop. For items to be returned, they must be in original packaging. Returns are only possible for 2 weeks after customer received item.

Sale items are final sales.

No returns on bicycles purchased in store or online.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping of items being returned.

Shipping items to customers is done through lowest cost method unless customer has requested "RUSH" shipping. 

Brands we Can't Sell Online

Some brands do not allow their products to be sold online or shipped. We do not sell online or ship products from Giant.
